There are three mainstream concerns with the ingredients in this list.
First, pea flour, this ingredient is used to bump up the amount of protein in the recipe. While the amount of protein may look good on the package dogs are not able to break down and use plant proteins like they can animal proteins. In addition, animal proteins provide a much better amino acid profile than any plant source of protein.
Second, we have canola oil. This oil is not the best variety of oil. Mostly because, again, dogs cannot absorb as many nutrients from plant-based foods. So, the nutrients they could get from the canola oil will mostly pass through without really feeding your dog.
Tomato Pomace is a by-product of tomato juice, soup, and ketchup manufacturing. Basically, a cheap filler.

This food contains about 5 different probiotics. This could be helpful if the probiotics survive the kibble processing.
The food also contains DHA (a type of omega-3 fatty acid) omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. These fatty acids are heat sensitive, so after processing the kibble are they really useful to your dog? If the omega fatty acids do survive, omega fatty acids are a great addition.
The package also mentions taurine which is a necessary nutrient for heart health among other things.
This is a pretty high-carb diet that may not be right for your dog.
